Hi all this is a little of topic but still has to do with railways and trains.
You see it is the only place i could think of to try and get some help, I am working on a PC game as a modeller and need to model a Level crossing boomgate the boomgate in question is located in Carentan France, period is 1944 era i do have a WW2 photo but it is hard to make out the details.
The mechinisim controling the boomgate is not visible
I can see the large belt driven wheel mounted on the LH side rear but that is about all
I was wondering if anybody would be kind enough to try and shed some light on this type of setup.
