Which add-ons' version of Trainz (Like Trainz 2009) is compatible to Railroad Simulator Powered by Trainz 2012?

Trainz 2009 is not an "add-on", it is a standalone version of Trainz, just as 2004 & 2006 were before it & 2010 was after it.
Add-on packs are (for example) .............

Murchison 2
Blue Comet

There is Train Simulator 2012, which is Railworks, and it is not Trainz, not N3V.

There are a slew of DLC add on packs on the site: http://www.simulatorcentral.com/ which are for TS12, and TS10, and some for TS09.

There are 10's of thousands of assets on: http://www.auran.com/TRS2004/DLS.php

No, what you are trying to say is:

And the answer is yes, as far as I know.

To a certain extent, yes. However content that requires compatibility mode or is faulty will not work in TS12 without alterations.

Ignore the ones that are trying say it for you, the 2009, 2010 etc., is compatible for the most part, any with errors just need "massaging" to make 'em work.

there is some good assets in TS09/TS10 but not all that many and getting them to work in TS12 is a big hassle your giving your self a load of unnecessary grief.
plus most of the good stuff has been put on to the DSL anyway, but you have not stated what your preference is?
