I've subscribed to NG&SLG for close to 10 years and have the DVD set. Well worth the $$$ for narrow gauge folks.

That adds up to $232 Australian and strangely, you are asked to pay before getting shipping details. I decided to abstain.

The $232 was taken from the final page in PayPal which is the point when I cancelled. I guess that this would have been calculated at the exchange rate at that time. At what point in the process did they ask for the shipping address? I was quoted $30 for shipping, you seem to have been quoted $20.

I was tempted, but the Gazette is naturally biased towards US narrow gauge railways which don't interest me any more. I have about 50 Gazettes from the 2004-2006 era, which were useful when I modelled all the SRRL rolling stock and I don't recall any 'foreign' plans which would be my only interest to make the purchase worthwhile. After you get the disks, let me know if I am wrong.

yeah its only good for US narrow gauge , even though i am from the uk , spent a fair bit of time exploring and travelling on the Welsh NG in the 50s 60s, and love British narrow gauge , its not something I am modelling and thus it did not occur to me that theres little if any UK NG in there, thus I should have titled the thread US Narrow Gaugers . my bad.
