9000s import from TRS2004 to TS12

Could someone show me how to import my 9000s from 2004 to 12?

All non-built-in assets are stored in the <trainz install folder>/World folder (custom for user-created assets, and Dispatcher/Downloads for assets from the Download Station and/or imported)
