3D Sound feature

Since I'm planning to get TS12 (Sometime this summer until I get another discount just for TS12), do u guys really think that there IS a 3D sound feature? Why? I just saw one TS12 Gameplay video that Demonstrates the 3D sound feature (I think that's just fake), but in some videos, some DO have a 3D sound for horn and enginesounds. But do u think that it HAS a 3D sound feature? I think NO OTHER Trainz versions (except 1) has a 3D sound feature.

Anything beyond my 45rpm records already sound 3D to me. I think.

TS12 does include 'doppler' effect, which is called '3D Sound' in the in-game menu's.

TS12 is the first to introduce the doppler effect into Trainz.

Doppler tends to be more noticeable when the train is traveling faster past the camera of course

More specifically, "3D Sound" has been supported in all versions of Trainz, but TS12 offers a mechanism to disable it- perhaps useful if you have faulty audio hardware or faulty sound drivers.

Doppler is new in TS12, and requires that 3D Sound is active. Turning off 3D Sound will also disable the doppler effect.
