20ft & 40 ft container

The wagons are CFCLA CQBY & CQGY by thebigman (on DLS) the youtube show a 20ft & 40ft container on the same wagon.

Try "CP Container Flat 1".

Are you loading from an interactive industry, when the player train is at the start of the session, as an AI train is emitted from a portal, ... ?

Hi Phil, I will give CP Container Flat1 a go, I am trying to load from "container products" if I load a 40ft container it leaves room for a 20ft container but there doesn't seem to be a product that will allow this or I am missing something.
I might have to try and make a 60ft container incorporating the two size containers. Maybe I will just have to nut it out.

Thanks

Multiple Industry New

I'd suggest using the Multiple Industry New to load the containers.

Configure the MIN to load "20ft Containers" and "40ft Containers" (they must be "Containers", not "Container").

When stationary over the MIN the freight cars will load 1 x 40ft + 2 x 20ft.

I know that configuring the MIN can be a bit of a challenge to start off with. There is an illustrated tutorial about configuring interactive industries, download by a mouse click here (take the free download option):

See p20.

Use queue1 for the 20ft and queue2 for the 40ft.

Thanks Phil, I was able to get two containers on one wagon using CP container flat1 then I went into config changed the "allowed products" I then checked config on CFCLA and was able to do the same now except the 40ft container hung over by half, I have to change the "attachment points" if I can find them, I am only going to this trouble beause I prefer Australian content, thanks for the lead.

Here it be

If you have changed the CFCLA config.txt, use Content Manager to delete the wagons and download and install this (make sure you take the free download option):

https://www.rapidshare.com/files/3170837681/A test session.cdp

EDIT -- opps - for some reason clicking on the link above does not work. So do not click on the link above. Copy and paste the whole line into your browser window.

You will find a route called "A test" and a session for it "A test session".

Drive forward. The wagons will load and unload when stationary over the MIN, indicated by the crates.

The first two cars will load 1x20 + 1x40, the next two 3x20 and the final two 1x40ft containers.

It's all done in the Session layer by opening the Rolling Stick flyout, clicking on "?", clicking on the wagon and then deleting those loads that are not to be loaded.

If you want all the wagons configured the same, configure one than then click on the icon at the top of the configuration screen "Copy to other compatible vehicles".

Tell me how you go.
