Typically, assets with a build number higher than that of the program you're using to run the route, will come up as faulty in Content Manager and will be hidden in Trainz. This includes routes as well. Before you transfer your TS12 route to 2010, clone it, open it in CC+ (or Explorer), and change the "trainz-build" parameter to 3.2 or lower, then commit and export.
