Удаляю путь, создаю заново но вращающийся пунктирный кружок опять становится красным.

My response:
Red circles on splines indicate that a junction has been made using Procedural Track but it has not been correctly formed. For example: the curve radius at the junction is too small, or the junction is not level, or one of the tracks is not a procedural track. Procedural tracks give you animated switch blades and a few other visual features such as check rails. The presence of a red circle will not stop the junction from working correctly but it will not show the blade animation. Например: радиус кривой на соединении слишком мал, или соединение не является ровным, или один из дорожек не является процедурной дорожкой. Flashing or blinking red splines at junctions. I had a question about it and this answered my question. I'm not using procedural track but I thought there was a problem of how I had connected the track. I relaid the track a half a dozen times. I wasn't sure what I was doing wrong because the flashing red splines are curiously only at a few locations and not every place I have a turnout/ track switch.
I now use Surveyor 2.0 exclusively but I went back into Surveyor Classic to run some tests. While I did not try every possible track (not even close!) I could only generate the red spline circles when using Procedural Track, not when using Non-Procedural Track. In my tests I noticed that some track types are procedural even though they do not have the letters "PRO" or the word "Procedural" in their names. One such example I found is <kuid2:30501:1001:10> TANE Trk Oak which is built-in to Trainz Plus and TRS22. I have also noticed lately that in Surveyor 2.0 whenever you form a junction between two spline segments (roads, rulers, fences and non-procedural track) you will always get a red junction dot (the Surveyor 2.0 equivalent of the red spline circles) but it will change to black (equivalent of the yellow/white spline circles) only for a correctly formed procedural track junction.
