The Kensington Orbit trackball has a scrolling wheel around the trackball and it is programmable. I don't know if the scrolling wheel is programmable. Maybe there is a YT video review of it. It is just $44. The Space Mouse Pro is $319.
I believe this is an X-Box exclusive. It is basically the same as TRS22 Driver with new sessions for 4 routes but it supports DX12 as that is required by Microsoft to be on the X-Box. This is an expansion of Trainz to a new audience not an upgrade to the PC version.

It can take a long time to load everything. I waited at least 45 minutes after clicking to load the KSC 2 route but it all came together in the end and runs fine.
