Ive tried the the local camp B session where I think you spawn at keane and it just crashes immediately like always

Every single time I go to the area on the Eagle River Railway where the red circle is in that image or the lake at keane my game just crashes immediately without telling me why and there's no other spot where it's like that its only that spot in the circle, and my laptop runs fine with this...
