Why can i copy and paste scrapbook from some maps,Yet some other maps i can copy to scrapbook but unable to paste. I have tried everything,maybe i am missing something simple

My signals animation have stopped working today on any type of semaphore signals,trs19 and beta Any thoughts, as nothing was changed on any of my routes..
