That database repair is not going to clean up anything. It repairs your database, it does not delete downloaded dependencies. Deleting a route does not delete the downloaded dependencies. In case of a route with many dependencies, the route will be less then 10% of what you actually downloaded...

That would be illegal and breaking copyright laws. I strongly suggest you do not go into that direction. The better route would be to contact the original creator.

If those (or any) members would no longer be active, keep in mind that copyright stays active for 75 years in most countries. However... In that case you could consider contacting the Content Repair Group (if content is really broken) and they can (via N3V) upload fixes (after testing, etc)...
