Nothing wrong with boring (or no) ranks. Reduces the risk of abuse. If updating ranks would be introduced, moderators should be able to adjust those breaking the CoC or admins should expect a lot of extra work. Wouldn't be the first time people put "banned" in there when they are not or pretend...

Are you getting the same error for the same asset or for a different asset? If the same asset, download the updates asset from the DLS. If a different asset, please post the name and KUID of the asset and supply as much details as possible.

Which version of the game are you experiencing this in? Preferably name and build number or SP. For future reference: Please start a topic in the related support forum (which rarely is "General").
