Can someone explain for me how I can use the "trigger check" rule in lieu of the "wait for trigger" command. Someone did explain this some time ago but I had trouble getting it to work. I finally worked out what I did. I downloaded a genuine earthquake sound from YouTube and used a sound trigger to activate it. It worked well. The vibration was probably just me in my senior years. Thanks for the replies. Norm

Re-driver commands. I only use AI so I would instruct the driver to go via whatever is the next track mark after the station and it could be some distance away from the station.

I notice with some stations trains slow down while passing a station (Amtrak stations for example). This can be annoying if the train is an express train as these trains would usually pass a station at normal speed (as they would do here in Australia). I have been into the various config files...

When I run aircraft on my layouts I get this rattle sound together with the aircraft engine (and shipping) sound. While I realise that the rattle sound is most likely to represent the sound of the train rolling stock (which I don't mind) it is not appropriate for aircraft. I can't find this...
