Started my route one day and most of it was under water. Didn't put it there and i can't get rid of it. Nothing in the surveyor works.

I downloaded a unpainted Loco from the DLS. How do I paint it and make changes to it? Is there a program where I can create my own ? As u can tell I am new to this and your help would be greatly appreciated Mikec
