i followed puffinbilly's advice on how to download but all i get is "Unable to acquire write access to UserData file". as i am not very computer literate i was wondering if anybody can help with this? thank you

i want to get a downoad ticket but first would like to know how to download items. tried to download harbormaster route for my new ts12 but couldn't find out how to as help pages don't seem to have the answer. does anyone out there have the answer?

In TRAINZ12 it says Port Ogden & Northern and Harbour Mster are Multiplayer-capable but they are not in my ROUTES section of TRAINZ12. Can anybody help with this?

I have just installed Trainz2012 and it doesn't take up the whole computer screen (only about 2/3s). Can anybody give me some advice on getting it to use the whole screen.

When I arrive at a red signal with an A1 driver waiting in the loop I can't change the switch to give me right of way via the "J" (hotkey shortcut) method. Is there a rule in the drivers rules that I should be using that will allow me to do this. Thank you
