    Need help with FTP download trouble

    Does anyone else have my trouble. 90% of the time when I download with FTP I get "Unable to find required username tag in package", then when I click on OK, It tells me that there are no package details. HELP. Regards Jeff.

    hold down the Alt key to f l y, doesn't work in TS09.

    Holding down the Alt key and typing FLY, to get rid of the bits you do not want in a Screenshot, does not work in TS2009. Does anyone have any other ideas. Regards Jeff.
