You are not up to date: 131950 is SP6 (buggy), 132284 is SP6 HF1. Try the non-beta stream.

Never used this method with buildings. First, backup the original asset if its status is "Modified", then you can try, and if it doesn't work as intended, just delete the new asset (and restore the old one from your backup if it was "Modified").
