Trainz is a full mystery: today I made a new installation of Trainz Plus via the full offline installer (build 131950). Then, with the stream set as "Trainz Plus" by default, it said "No updates available". I had to modify it to "Trainz Plus Beta" to get to 132284.

You don't have 800K assets installed; the number of installed assets is the first one.

SP6 is 131965 (132321 is SP6 HF1 for Mac) - this version is fully bugged - and latest version is 132285 (SP6 HF1).

You didn't mention what version of Trainz you are using. It is "Packaged" (from "TANE - Additional Assets") and isn't "Faulty" in Trainz Plus.

It is Build version 5.3 so only compatible with Trainz 22/Plus SP2 or higher (bolivar hasn't it as built-in, so he might use TRS22).

Trainz Plus is a retail version, not a beta (see here).

I had to set stream to "Trainz Plus Beta" to be able to update from 131950 to 132284. This was last year in September on day 1, perhaps things have now changed. Edit: it is now the normal stream (confirmed in this post). The Trainz Wiki is incomplete as it doesn't mention what SPs are Trainz +...

To update from 131950 (SP6) to 132284 (SP6 HF1) the stream must be set on "Beta".
