You are not viewing them, you are pasting them here so we can see them.

Right-click the route in Content Manager and select "List Dependencies". Sort that list by clicking on "Status" so the unknowns come to the top. Then select those and copy, then paste in a post here.

Not a PDF, but as three types of EPUB files, two types of kindle, plain text or HTML. From most of those you may be able to convert one to a PDF. It is a little surprising they don't do PDF, but maybe it is a licensing thing.
