John, do you set both initial and maximum size the same? I have 16GB and mine is set to an initial size of 16GB with a maximum of 48GB. Or should I set the initial to 48GB as well?

You can export your Thomas assets to CDP files and store them in a safe place as backups. But if you keep the same data folder you should not lose assets. Go to your Launcher Trainz Settings and record the Local Data folder path. This is where you want to point your reinstall.

Double-check the login on your launcher, and if that is correct you will probably have to submit a help desk ticket.

I had this happen when I tried to change some settings under advanced dev or graphic tools or something to some settings someone recommended. I ended up having to revert everything back to original settings.

CTRL-H controls whether those red and green arrows show, so you might try toggling that.
