It sounds to me like it is getting the old track sound mixed in there somehow. Is it maybe getting that from the bogies?

Unfortunately, TTTE assets are notorious for being missing pieces. Best place to ask is on the site where you got the assets that use the missing assets. They may have a dependencies page or some other packet you may have missed. I don't really understand the mind set of the TTTE creators as...

Looks pretty good so far. I have been in a lot of midwestern small towns, and this looks pretty close, if they even have left turn lanes or stoplights. Some have head-in or parallel parking on the sides.
