I have trainz 2010 and I want to do some simple re-skinning for my personal use on a fictional line. I have looked at 3 or 4 tutorials, mucked around in "Gimp" and "Paint.net" and have not been able to get my changes to show up on the rolling stock. Is some content "locked" so to speak? My...
