So, I am using ts12 and I m getting some laggy or jittery trains. is there a way to turn off shadows, I heard that helps. Im using windows 8.1, 3.2ghz processor, 8 gigs of ram, and a GeForce gtx 750ti gpu. Any suggestions? Thanks.

We have redownloaded them and sometimes it works. But other times it says it can not obtain a download URL, and can not find them in download station. Sometimes when I drag an item over to the download helper space to download it, it is in red and it won't download at all. Thanks

I'm having problems downloading from the download station. I keep getting a message that said, windows doesn't recognize this protocal. I'm not sure what protocal they are talking about. Just got a new computer it has windoews 7, I'm using IE8. Thanks
