AC4400CW/AC44CW and C44-9W are different locomotives. The AC4400CW is powered by AC traction and has numerous visual differences compared to the DC traction C44-9W.

Two mistakes. Number one is requesting the models are freeware, and two is requesting T:ANE compatibility. You're getting neither of these things and JR hasn't made a single T:ANE compatible item in years now, due to Trainz 2019 and up supporting PBR.
