    Camera Panning Issues?

    Maybe someone could give me some advice? When In chase mode while in an engine, I am able to zoom in and out, but if I try to zoom left to right it will go a short way then stop, and not let me pan in any other direction, even if I switch to another locomotive. Any ideas?
