    I am happy to report that the issue has been resolved. It was indeed a connection issue between my Graphics card and my motherboard. Turns out it wasn't secured into the slot properly.

    If it helps. My 850W PSU is equipped with Auto Eco Mode if that can have any effect on trainz.

    To answer the first question. I notice it on the majority of my routes which includes Kickstarter County 2. I've attached 3 screenshots of my performance settings. Vertical Sync is on Full as seen in the first screenshot with a 1920 X 1080 165HZ monitor.
