Oh interesting, I hadn't realized that some had custom scripts in order to work. I'll try messing with it a little more and see if I can nail down what it is exactly, or find the script in the MVR route. Maybe some more info will lead to an idea of what it could be, too. Thanks!

Though could it be the engine spec if it works ok in one case? It's worth noting again that it works fine on the Milton Valley Railroad session 'A Streamlined Express', just not on any custom maps or other official routes. Perhaps something in that session changes the typical behavior of the loco?
