    TS2010EE Jerky Motion / Sound

    I can not get good motion or sound. My systems is as follows: Dell Dimension E521; VISTA Home Premium SP 2; AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core Processor 4000+ 2.10GHz with 2.00 GB of RAm operating as 32 bit system; Video card is NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE. Help - my grandson is very disappointed.:'(
