That's currently a bug. Will be addressed in a future update though.

Create a new route and place them again. You may need to delete them altogether from Content Manager and redownload them. I'm not entirely sure how the bug affected them. Let me know if that works. If not you may want to report it as a bug.

You definitely need to update to the latest service pack. 132284 is the latest Trainz Plus version for windows. Once you update you may need to place those trees again.

What game build are you using? There was a bug a few months ago that turned the PF trees sideways but it's been resolved (might have been released into the Trainz Plus Beta stream but I'm not entirely sure). So you might just need to update your game to the latest build.

Only other thing I can think of is to check that the triggers are up to date. You can select them in content manager, right click and select "view asset versions." From there you can see if there's a newer version available and download it. Beyond that it might be worth it to ping the creator...

Does the route show any errors or warnings? There's not really any reason why it shouldn't work if it worked previously. Just submit a ticket through my site and I can reset your download. -Joe

Did you merge your route with another route? That'll break TRC. Try renaming the asset again. If that doesn't work you may need to delete the crossing, replace it and rename it. -Joe

You can get the height using the eye dropper tool.

The Grade tool works the same way. Edit: When using the grade tool like the plateau tool, make sure the "Grade" box has a - in it, otherwise it will apply whatever number is in there as a grade percentage.
