    Default No User ID?

    Hi Everyone,

    Ive recently discovered that I need my user ID but when I go to look on it, it says 'User ID - Unknown - Contact helpdesk' can anyone tell me how I can magically make my ID appear

    You are best doing as it says, as your user ID should not be showing as Unknown.

    Log in using your Planet Auran details then follow the instructions to submit a ticket. Remember to keep checking using the View Tickets page for any responses.

    I've had a ticket in for a few days for my user ID. I'm guessing with all the download and serial issues, the user ID tickets are a pretty low priority.
