Win 10 warning

So the last Win 10 update makes my computer go black and re-boot or just black, so I was going to go back to and older restore point only to find out I had none, it was turned off as default.

Go check that you have System Restore ON.

Thank you Sir, and as luck would have it, mine unbeknownst to me was also turned off, as I bought this laptop with 8.1 installed, at beginning of this year, and did the usual free upgrade to WIN 10.....Thanks again for the top........

I'm not sure if either of you are suggesting rolling back to your older versions or something else. However, if you want to rollback to an earlier Windows, you are supposedly able to do that with just a few clicks:

Settings > Update & security > Recovery > Go back to Windows 7 (or 8)

This only works if done within 30 days.

If you catch the upgrade right after it installs, just hit "Decline" on the End User License Agreement and the upgrade will roll back.

Thanks, nope, I had WIN10 for about 2-3 months, I'm good where I'm at now....Just took me a bit to get used to the Tiles, then I went to Stardock's Menu Software for WIN 8 or 10 and all is well so far.
