My Desktop specs:-

Intel(R) CORE(TM)2 Quad core Q8360 @ 2.50 GHz

Ram 4 GB

64-bit operating system

GPU GeForce GT 520 1GB

Hope this is enough to go on.

It should be directx 11 but confirm that, there is a test in the Microsoft environment. Technically it might just run TANE, realistically you wouldn't want to. Have a look at your power supply.

There is a very new ASUS 950 that will run on PCIe and doesn't need an external power lead. A 950 is about the lowest that TANE deems to recognise as a GPU.

Ideally a GTX 980 but that will almost certainly require a new case and video card.

You might want to upgrade your RAM to probably 8-16GB. Since TANE is a 64 bit program, it will utilize 4GB of RAM or more. Some of the older graphics card should also run TANE. My GTX 570 paired with GTX550Ti and the latest build of TANE gives me smooth fps. I think TANE would handle best with a Maxwell card since they run at cooler temperatures.
