Webs.com websites not working?

Here is the problem:

Webs.com: Okay we have a bit more information from our provider as to what caused this outage. It looks like the network fiber was cut and our provider is working on fixing by rerouting all connections. We will post as more information becomes available.

David, this sort of thing happens on a regular basis even if you pay. My last hosting service had a 6 week outage but that was a bit hard to swallow. They must be dodo's because they've also been hacked a dozen times in the past two years. And I paid for that!

Webs isn't too bad compared to Geocities who just closed down leaving thousands of really great sites without a home.

I looked at this provider also, as with many others, and felt Yola was much better!
