Long story short, I can't figure out how to fix Trainz 2006 and 2004 from freezing, but UTC still works. However, I can't use Content Dispatcher to upload Steamies because it won't work either. So please I need a link for some Steam Engine downloads THAT DON'T USE CONTENT DISPACTHER. Thanks.

You may be out of luck there as the vast majority of assets are in cdp format.
Perhaps if you posted in the forums about your TRS2004/6 issues someone may be able to help.
