Even though is answer is probably no can i convert trs06 to 09 scenery

if not can someone create some navy ships for me as just scenery (Arleigh Burke, Wasp, Nimitz and coast gaurd ships)

TRS2006 to TS2009 doesn't require conversion, just fix any errors.

If the assets were designed to 2009/10 standards, they will not download or work in 2006. That is one of the reasons I moved to 09 myself.
