The terrain will be okay, I think, but the textures will be a bit off. I remember vividly updating a route to 5-meter grid from the 10-meter grid and finding the textures turned to square carpet squares as the textures lost their mapping coordinates on the grid. I ended up going over the route and retexturing those areas again to fix the square and rectangular blocks.
