Steam Machine websites no longer working?

I've been wanting to download prowler901's Cumbres & Toltec locomotives to play around with them in T:ANE; but every time I try to connect to his website, or any others within the Steam Machine site, it will not load at all. I've downloaded from San Juan Works and Subpar Productions many times in the past but I do not possess the files anymore. Tried looking around to see if anyone else had already mentioned it but I couldn't find anyone else talking about the sites since 2014 or so.

It's working, however some browsers may not load the page as it's not secure. Try Chrome or Firefox

Avast blocks me to access any of the steammachine sites due to the phishing...

I'll try another browser, also yeah my AVG anti-virus keeps coming up with a phishing URL... there we go! (had to disable AVG)

Now I'm off to go download routes from Trainz Route Works and enjoy some driving! Been working in Surveyor and I need a break

You would better open the site in sandbox instead disabling AV, too risky...
