Sign issue in TRS 22

Hey guys I have a question for those running ‘22 with surveyor 2.0. I have sign assets that I made where the texture replacement would happen on both sides of the sign and now when I’m editing in TRS22, only the front facing texture replacement works but not the back. Any ideas what could be happening?

Do they work correctly in Driver? Could it be the Paused UI?

It was a slow loading texture issue. Everything was fine but when I rebooted, the problem magically disappeared as Trainz is known to do haha
