Screenshot Issues

Having just reformatted my computer, I am now without a working photoshop program, which means I can't open any screenshots I take in Trainz. Are there any free, reliable files on the net that can open TGA files and convert them to a JPEG? Or is there a way to make Trainz 2006 save its screenshots as a JPEG instead of a TGA?

When I opened up the picture I wanted to have converted to a JPEG all i got was a black and gray grid. It's almost like it didn't recognize the image itself.

Try Irfanview. It's a very easy-to-use program for editing photos/screens.

It works fine for me, not sure what the problem could be.
