Question about RRSignal's PRR PL Signals

Is there a guide somewhere for these signals as I do not understand the way he named the signals like HDV-V, HDV-R, HDV-M etc. I'd tried contacting him by PM about three days ago but no response. I would really, really like to backdate JR's Coal Country for PRR use.

If you go to the Freeware Announcements forum and do a search on "RRS Supersignals" you'll find find a thread with that name among the search results; you should find what you need there.
