Purchase Download Msg. Nor Received?

Several hours ago I executed an N3V purchase. I never received the download instructions??
The email address for that message is the same as the one sending this message.

I tried the HELPDESK and was asked to enter a keyword. Purchase and Buy were both rejected.
Being in a hurry I tried no others.

I went back and tried other words but nothing happened when I Searched.

Good Afternoon Boleyd
As with all DLC packs from the Trainz store, you will be able to install your purchased DLC packs using the Content Store by following these steps:

1) Double click on the Trainz icon on your desktop
2) Click on 'Content Store'
3) Click on 'Purchased' at the top right
4) Click on the 'Install' button to the right of the DLC pack you wish to install

Unfortunately, the instructions say to wait for an email message with details for downloading.
At least that is what happens here. Windows-11.
 
On the Launcher, check the Content Store under purchased. Your downloadable content will be enabled and ready to download.
