Problems with club car.

I am still not able to download the club car items, and I have already sent in a support ticket over a week ago. Is there something i'm missing or not doing correct, or is this on your guys side? Thank you for any help in advance.

All tickets have been replied to so either it didn't submit or it never went thru.

You can do one of two things since I need some more info anyways from you, send us an email to the support email address or put in another ticket. I'll need your name and email at least if possible to look into it since all I see here is a username.

Ok I sent an new ticket called: club car again. Is the support email still the same as it was before, just in case this ticket doesn't work either.
