Because the car was never finished. That car was supposed to get: an interior, night mode, proper trucks, and some other stuff I don't remember. Hence why it is 'Beta' stuff; it isn't finished (and that stuff isn't going to get any more done) However If I get time in the next week or so I'll see if I can play with it in AttachmentMaker.
