No Trainzoptions.txt file

Somewhere between the installation of SP1 and the 2 Hot Fixes to bring my TS12 to 57720, I no longer have a Trainzoptions.txt file. I tried a search of my C drive using Windows Explorer's search function and then manually checked every folder in the N3V folder. Is this normal now?

SP1 included many of the options into the game so there is no longer a need for the file. If you want to use one for things like FOV you have to create one and put it in the User Data folder
