I had some missing assets on a download once too - it's really frustrating! I'd definitely check the creator's support thread like Retrorails said, that's usually the best place to find help or potential fixes. Dermmy is really good about supporting their routes, I'm sure if you check there or message them they'll be able to help get your rails and highways installed properly.
