One small thing I´d reduce a bit is the traffic jam at the truck loading facility.
Or have more trucks on the property of the mine...

Look at this picture from Google Earth:

In Poland we have car queue in all coal mines, even on weekends, when mines not sell coal.

Any plans for hosting and making sessions for it, maybe CMTM?

I really want make some number of sessions.
What is CMTM?

Oh my god!

I take it back.

CMTM is Car Movement and Traffic Manager.
Once its configured, it assigns destinations for each car which enters the route via portal and gives destinations to cars on the route.

Pretty cool, so I promote it a bit.
