Personally, I prefer to spend my hard earned (in this case very hard earned because it's redundancy money) on a PC that can actually operate TANE. And I prefer PC Specialist to do the hard work of assembling it because (a) their labour doesn't add an awful lot to the cost; (b) they offer a guarantee and technical support for their work; (c) they're experts and will almost certainly do a better job than I can!
