We can't help you with this unless you supply the KUID number and the creator. With that information, at least one of us can help you dig through your problem because we may have fixed the problems already.
The problem is there are a gazillion locomotives on the DLS, let alone what's installed in the program. Finding your exact one is like finding a dead black ant in the pepper shaker full of pepper.
