must be simple, to change the default rules, when starting a session

The sessions need to be updated because it's obsolete due to being redundant with the new way that consists are handled within TRS22. It's also no longer included by default as it used to be. I noticed that the other day when I created a new session.

Tested in TRS19SP5 117009 and TRS22 117092
created new sessions and it is no longer there in the start list
so problem solved?
