iTrainz Server Maintenance - Tuesday 17th October

The iTrainz server will be offline for updates and maintenance from 10AM AEST (UTC+10) Tuesday 17th October, 2023.

DLC provisioning services may be unavailable for up to 2 hours while the updates are performed. DLC purchases made during this period will not work immediately, but should automatically activate and download once the server is back online.

An announcement will be made on this forum thread when the work is complete.

N3V Games apologises for any inconvenience caused.

reset your password through the Trainzportal website instead of through here... if your having trouble accessing your game where you log in through the launcher settings make sure your password matches your MyTrainz Login and username as well if they aren't correct it will kick you from the game until you submit a ticket to the Helpdesk...

The MPS Server is currently offline for maintenance, which is unrelated to any iTrainz updates. This maintenance is part of a software update and the server may be offline for a few more days. The servers will be brought back online once the release has completed.
