issue on patching trainz in windows 10

Hi i am  trying to patch trainz 12 from 46957 to 61388 but every time i click on the patch link the patch program tells me an error of FILE ERROR WHILE READING PATCH DATA. Does anyone know of anyway to fix this issue?

Are you using the manual .exe patch or the auto patcher?

I dont really know but its the patch system that comes up automatically when you click the patch file download. It says its the trainz patch downloader and it has the UP SD40 in the top left corner

Is your anti virus turned off?

I have McAfee on but I authorized the patch to run but I don't know how to temporary disable the Antivirus software. It is also causing train downloads to have errors where it can't commit the files due to file access error
