Is it still possible to create a poll?

Question's in the title really. The FAQ says you can, but the option seems to have vanished...

The FAQ is from vBulletin and polls have always been off for us.

Thanks - I was considering starting a poll as to which version of Trainz folks actually use most. I'm working out the implications of upgrading some of my stuff to full Ts09 standards (mesh libraries, bump maps, mesh table LOD etc). Seems like a waste or annoyance if there are more folks who haven't upgraded yet.
