help with wagon

[TRAMP]

This is driving me up the wall……..
(1 ) The loading is ok
(2) The unloading is the big problem
(3) Most animated wagons are full or empty
(4) I am working on anima that can be related to load in the wagon
(5) I can get the load in the wagon that will give me the starting framer of the load

Frames 0 to 150
Load = 20.000
If the wagon his full then 150/20.000=0.0075
If the wagon his half full then 10.000*0.0075 whish 75 frame and the wagon as turned half way
I need the load to start at frame 75
